Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl.
Mix for a further 3 minutes on low speed.
Deposit 50g - 60g into greased and floured friand moulds.
Top with desired inclusions/toppings.
Bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool and dust with icing sugar.
